window period and risk

qd1
I had an hiv test 171 days after my last sexual encounter which was negative. However the official cut off time is six months or 180 days..... Am i okay? My other question is i was fooling around with this guy but we had no form of sex..... I felt his precum on my hand, he fingered me for a few minutes and his penis did graze my vagina and at one point it did touch the entrance....... Was that a huge risk for exposure?

Nothing to add to what you have been told.

The official hiv window period is 3 months post-exposure and has been since 2004.I don,t know where you got the idea that it was 6 months, thats wrong.Your second incident where you had no sexual peneration was zero risk as you have already been told.Your safe, you don,t have hiv.

No HIV risk thus no need to test.

It wasn't even an HIV exposure at the first place and your test result proves that. Any negative test result beyond 3 months post-exposure is conclusive and exposure is something you didn't have back then.
