cut on scrotum, hiv risk?

Hi,

I accidentally cut my scrotum whilst trimming and had protected anal intercourse (receptive) only a few hours ago. Its a small cut but has not fully healed or closed up. I don't think, but cannot be sure, that any semen came into contact with it, assuming it did, risk? PEP?

I have read a heap of scrotum cut based questions before posting, none relating to semen though. And I am sorry to be bothering you with this but a short answer will really help me sleep tonight.

You never had an exposure. HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug abusers
Mother to child
