Feverish feeling

Hi, I have feverish feeling most of the times for a few months now, when I measure my body temp. in 12p.m. for example for few days when my body temp is 36.7 I feel fine but if my body temp is 37.0 I feel I have fever my breath gets too hot and my eyes start to burn, Are HIV patients like me? Is it fever?

1 another question, what is little white pimples in just tip of my tongue? Are they HIV related?

I was on a low risk action.

It was a low risk, a 2-way oral sec with my girlfriend that I had an open cut on my lips.

The temperature ypu mentioned, is normal body temperature. not fever. No this is not an HIV symptom. What was your exposure?
