Need some advice!!!

In December I received oral sex from a female and a couple of days later I started to get an irritation around my penis head. It looked a little red to me and swollen. I'm also still feeling like a hotness and a irritation down there off and on. So when I went to the doctor and took a urine test everything came back negative. Sense all of this my gums have swollen and I got a nasty sore on my foot . So I was wondering if this is a sign of hiv ?

No.  You had NO RISK for HIV.
You can only be exposed to HIV if you:
1) Have unprotected (no condom) penetrative anal or vaginal sex, OR
2) Share IV drug equipment with other IV drug users.

No one has ever been infected from receiving oral sex, and you won't be the first.
