Here's one for bread, but I imagine you could bake it in muffin tins to be more biscuit-like:
This bread is great for people with gluten intolerance.
3 cups oat flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
1 Tbsp sugar
1-1/2 cups club soda
1 Tbsp caraway seed or flaxseed
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spray 8-1/2" x 4" x 2" bread pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine oat bran flour with baking powder, seeds and sugar.
Combine club soda with flour mix until flour is just moistened.
Pour batter into bread pan.
Bake for 1 hour. Makes one loaf.
