Ooh! I love crockpot meals! This one had my family raving!
CROCKPOT PORK SHORT RIBS
3.5 - 4 lbs pork short ribs
2 carrots diced
2 celery diced
1 lg onion diced
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 c molasses
1/4 c brown sugar
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tbsp crushed bay leaves
1/4 c brandy
1/2 c crushed tomatoes
Drizzle olive oil and molasses over ribs
Brown in olive oil in skillet until just browned
Add brandy and let simmer for a few min
Add whole skillet to crockpot and top with all diced and crushed veggies
Mix brown sugar, garlic salt, and pepper in bowl then sprinkle on skillet medley
Sprinkle bay leaves over top
Let cook on low for 8 hrs turning occasionally

Well, crock pot meals are near and dear to my heart. My busiest tie of day is often right after school until dinner time with kid's activities. So, the crock pot ensures I actually get something on the table. The above recipe looks terrific.
