How do I live with pvcs/pacs help please

I'm 31 female had them on and off for years.
Back for 5 weeks now.
I hate them.
They are so random
Monday I had none
Tuesday about 7
Today so far 2
I don't know why they happen
Then randomly il get a bad day where il get about 30/40 ..most days not more than 10.
Then another day I won't feel any.
I've had holter/ecgs/echo
Holter showed pacs 63 in 24hrs(this was 3 years ago when they were bad)
Echo was perfect..nothing wrong with my heart
I hate the feeling of them,I think about them all day long, waiting for them
They make me cry
I suffer with anxiety disorder too but these happen when I'm relaxed.
Last Friday I didn't have a single one that day
Things just feel unbearable waiting for the next one
Doctors says I need no treatment and cardiologist discharged me saying anxiety /stress
Blood tests fine ..thyroid fine etc

Your doctors have cleared you in terms of your heart's health, and in fact, you do not describe any symptoms of disability--other than the fear you experience when you feel the irregular beats.

Therefore, your real problem, the one that is making you miserable, is fear.  It is time to make an appointment with a doctor who treats anxiety disorders.  You can get real help if you are willing to admit that fear is what is ruining your life.
