Extra heart beat.- How do they actually feel?

Okay so, only asking this cause it seams every time i read about it, it sounds very different from mine.

So like the classical would be to feel like an empty feeling, (when the it skips a beat. )
But then there is when the extra beat happens. Thats what im asking about.

20 minutes ago i was walking to the store and I got this. . . .
Felt like being poked hard with a pool cue inside of the chest. Borderline to hurt.
And that scares me.
But is it normal that they can feel so violent. has happend a few times before like that.
But normally i just get that smaller "bump" feeling. . .

But yeah please share how your feels.
(suffer from anxiety about the heart, but also have had several ekg and holter monitor, which revieled none of the extra/skipped beat, so was diagnosed as healthy with no trace of any alarming issues.
(But as mentioned, anxiety gets the best of me. )

Again.... Please share your views.

I would definitely get this checked out. Have some simple tests done. Hope you can get some answers because it doesn't sound like something you want to ignore. Take care, Ally

well thats my issue really. . . *Whenever I hear people mentioning them its very different. "-
Small jumps- roolercoaster feeling and so on.-

Mine at it worst feels like mentioned as a tennis ball being thrown at my chest from the inside. So its like. . . Doesnt hurt like getting stabbed, but hurts to get hit by the force of a tennis ball -
That scares me, Specially when I cant find anyone with similar symptoms.

No, I have never felt anything more than that actual missed beat. Just a flutter and then that breathlessness. Never felt it as a poke, thud or jab.  Arrhythmias can occur in healthy hearts and are usually benign.

but no actual feeling like i mentioned? anyone feel it like it almost hurts? Bugs me when that happens. Im getting more okay with the "skippet/extra" beats that just feel like a quick spin in a rollercoaster. But when they feel like a quick jab to the chest i get nervous.

I explain it as a skipped or missed beat.  I can feel this in my pulse. And when I experience this missed beat it takes my breath away, for that split second.
