Is it possible to dislodge or break a pacemaker lead after a direct impact fall?

I fell going down some steps, and fell onto the arm of a chair, landing on my left breast. The bottom of my left breast is now a lovely deep shade of violet purple, and is 5 inches long and about 2 inches wide.  I have a biventricular pacemaker. Placed 4/2014. I am concerned about lead dislodgement or breakage. Is it possible to do that after a hard fall? I know the leads should be pretty well anchored by now, but I am still concerned.
