Can you feel a blood clot?

Hi everybody!

I recently been having a funny feeling in my heart.  Now it could be due to my heart burn, cause I recently had a heart check-up and everything was fine.  There was a "left atrial abnormality" or something, but they decided it was a unreliable factor, like I was moving during the exam or something.

So, 2 Fridays ago I developed a bruise on my leg.  Like at the side of my calf muscle, near the knee.  Now, I wasn't injured, it just appeared out of nowhere.  I felt pain only when I touched it, and A LOT of pain if I like kneeled down on it(So basically, alotta pain if I put more pressure on it).  After about 5 days it turned a blue and yellow color.  Today is day 12th, and I have no pain but I do have like a ball in there.  Some piece of meat or something, I can feel it when I touch it.

Please help me, tell me what this possibly could be!  I have a doctor's appointment coming up but I want to know what this is now!

Thank you so much for taking the time to read my post!

P.S. I'm 24, and an active person.  I work sitting down, but do stand up from time to time to get the blood flowing.

Probably a lipoma>  In normal people, lipomas are common, harmless, usually not painful unless touched, A lipoma is a benign tumor composed of fatty tissue. These are the most common form of soft tissue tumor,
Usually, treatment of a lipoma is not necessary, unless the tumor becomes painful or restricts movement. They are usually removed for cosmetic reasons, if they grow very large, or for histopathology to check that they are not a more dangerous type of tumor such as a liposarcoma.  See doctor to rule out liposarcoma!
