My husband 31 yrs, 70 KG wt, totally asymptomatic non diabetic, non smoker, non alcoholic, non hypertensive, slightly raised blood cholestrol level (6.0 m mol/dl) with normal LDL and HDL levels, gone thru routine investigation and in ECG T wave inversion in III and AVF lead, ETT positive and thalium scan showed mild reversible perfusion defect in apical and inferior wall. HR was 100% achieved at stress, but no symptoms developed at rest or at stress. What would you suggest; should we go for angiography or CT angiography? or he might be put on some vaso dilators? kindly give your worthy opinion.
