Chest Pain

For about a month and a half now i have been having pains in the left side of my chest and soreness in the center, i have numbness in my left arm and i have been light headed.  I have had 2 ekgs, a chest x-ray, and a dehidration test performes.  Other than that the doctors can not tell me anything, does anyone have any insight to give me.
Thanks

It almost sounds like you had a mini heart- attack its not common in young men, but it does happen. You should be fine, just watch what you eat, unhealthy eating habits are more likely to cause another one. Watching your diet will help prevent this from happening again.
