Vibrating deep inside chest, intermittent

2 things: first, I do have constant panic and anxiety, to an extent I can't even begin to describe on one post, but needless to say it's destroying my life and I basically feel on the verge of death constantly. Second, I have acid reflux/lpr/possibly ibs.
So, I've been getting this deep vibration in my chest, NOT palpitations, as I am very acquainted with those. Like a cell phone vibration. 2 to 3 fingertips down from the left nipple, inside my chest. Ekg, bloodwork, typical vitals, chest x-ray all normal, although the vibration has always been gone before any tests (catching them is tricky). They last about an hour, approx once per day. I am not wearing a patch to monitor my heart for the next two weeks, I will post results from it but that may be a month out yet (I got it today during a particularly bad incident and yet another ER trip).
I am 28 year old male. I smoke. I have bad anxiety and panic, but I don't believe it's related because honestly the panic mostly comes from the vibrations these days, I'd almost beaten the panic for a second time when these started.
I've recently discovered the area is actually about where the top of the stomach would reside, I was previously under the mistaken impression that the heart was further to the left than it actually is, giving me hope this is gerd related (acid reflux).
Any help, advice, experience is GREATLY appreciated. If anyone posts, and has any of the same issues as me (heavy stress/anxiety, gerd, etc) please post, I feel it would help pinpoint the problem more so than most posts I've read on this subject. Thank you all in advance. And if I solve this I will post here and everywhere else I can find so no one has to suffer like me. Thanks guys.
