Endocarditis Symptom

What would be the most obvious signs of Endocarditis? I have a very mild MVP so my chances are slim, but I want to know. Sometimes I sweat at night, but I think its cause its been warm in my house due to AC problems and I also have one or two tiny little red spots on my fingers (my wife has the same thing so I believe its nothing.) Call me paranoid, but I want to know.

I'm interesting because my pacer site is sore.  During these 2 months, I've 3 courses of antibiotic.  Now is taking the third course.

At the beginning, hands and legs build up with a lot of itchy red spots.  Dr thought was an allergic.  Then later I lost my voice, follow by cough.  It was treated by antibiotic.  Now I got sore bump (believe is a abcess).  Dr gave me a 5 days antibiotic and cream to rub.  My pacemaker site is sore, it radians to my armpit and shoulder.  My left teeth are ache.  This morning I woke up with headache and teeth ache.  Few day now, I sweat a lot in the forehead.  I thought is the weather too hot or Metformin fault!

I googled search.  I haven't got fever yet so do I need to wait until the fever turn up?  Would this 5 days course of antibiotic also heal those symptoms?  I don't know the name of this antibiotic.

Do a google search to find the myriad of symptoms associated with infective/bacterial endocarditis.  You don't mention any mitral regurgitation; what makes you think you are at any increased risk of developing endocarditis?  Why not talk with your doctor about your concerns.  Understanding the underlying mechanisms of the disease as well as any risk factors you may, or may not have may be helpful.
