Finding doctors

Hello,

I may have a heart condition with symptoms that are described on the WebMd site, Tricky Heart May Cause Chronic Fatigue, by Dr. Arnold Peckerman, PhD, of VA Medical Center in East Orange, NJ.  The article also references Dr. Joseph MIller III of Emory University.  Both have moved elsewhere.  I cannot seem to locate them.  It would be great if I could get an address, email or phone number.  Thank You

Thank you for writing.  I have googled the doctors names, & tried doctorlocator.com and others. Tricky heart -  after running NYC marathon in 1991, I developed a heart infection until 1993.  Each year I seemed to lose a little more stamina and now it's just ridiculous.  EF is 45% which is OK, taking 10mg Coreg cr & 10mg lisinopril, vytorin, & diuretic triamterene. THese meds help a bit but doesn't come close to curing it.  Probably what happened was my heart was enlarged from all the running, it became infected & then it just couldn't settle itself back to normal.  I'm caught inbetween, not bad enough for surgical procedures, but not good enough to be out of bed less than 15 hours per day.  So I'm on disability.  I'm a nuclear engineer, which is paying very well right now.

"Tricky heart"? Never heard of that. I do know some arrhythmias can cause fatigue. Congestive heart failure will certainly cause fatigue. Not enough information I suppose. Have you tried to google the doctors' names, see where they're working now?
