First aid training...

Hi.. I am not well sure that is it the right place to ask my concern. Hoping that someone could help me. I am intending to do a first aid course from Rescue 7 in Toronto. The thing is that I have my grandma and grandpa at home and both are heart patients. So my mom advised me to do it to help them in emergency situations. The institute, that I mentioned here is near to my home and they provide following courses https://www.rescue7.net/training/. Which one should I choose in order to help them? Does the first aid course would help us in emergency situations? What is your opinion?
