I am an active 35 year old male.  I recently started taking Flonase and getting PVCs.  I got PVCs one day from having too much coffee and eating a heavy meal with alcohol, they lasted for about 2 or 3 days then went away.  I had an EKG, Echo, Stress Test and wore a holter monitor and everything was deemed normal.  I stopped with the coffee, limited my alcohol intake and made sure I didn't overeat and the PVCs virtually went away.  Then I started with the Flonase and realized I was getting PVCs every morning until around noon when they went away.  I stopped taking the Flonase for one day and they were gone.
It just seems that I have very sensitive to getting PVC from certain drugs and caffeine.  While I am told that they are benign, I really hate the sensation of getting them so I treat my allergies with Zyrtec, Saline Nasal spray and allergy eye drops now.

I took Flovent for asthma years ago. It has the same corticosteroid ingredient as Flonase. I experienced wicked PVC's for months. Every rose has its thorns !
My GP did not believe me, but when I called the manufacturer they told me it was possible.

Our doctor said "no" to any decongestant and the pharmacist told my son to use saline nasal spray only.

Is it an antihistamine or decongestant?  Either way, it could aggravate PACs or PVCs a little.
