p.s. perhaps superfluous information for you, but be sure to take the medication as prescribed, especially the anti-coagulation medication to prevent forming of blood cloths in the stents (Plavix, Effient or Prasugrel).
Failing to take this medicine can very easily lead to a sudden complete blockage inside a stent, leading to a new infarction.

Good luck!

It depends on the damage your heart suffered from the infarction. If the damage is minor and the pump function of your heart is still good, the best things imo you can do are:

-stop bad habits (smoking, drinking)
-eat healthy
-try to get or stay in the healthy weight range
-have enough daily exercise
-prevent excessive and prolonged periods of stress
-take your medication
-enjoy life
