reason for concern ?

I am a 40 year old male, have been for a stress test, and echo about 3 months ago due to sharp pains in the chest, pressure etc.. all tests came out negative and was told the heart is in great condition.  For the past week I have been experiencing dizziness, ligh headed ness, sharp pains on the left chest- a sharp pain in the left arm just around the bicep towards the armpit that radiates doen my arm just a little bit further- also pains in my neck and shoulderblade- these pains are almost like a quick stabbing.. also at times I get this shock feeling up my head that literally feels like an electric shock....  does this sound like it is a heart thing going on ????  I dont want to go back to my Dr- he already thinks I am a worry wart....  any advice is greatly appreciated...

You should get a second opinion because your symptoms seem to relate to a serious medical condition.  If you don't experience the pain when you take a deep breath that can probably rule out pulmonary thrombosis (clot) in vessel or respiratory emboli (lung clots).
The condtion can be costochondritis (inflammation of the cartilege of the rib cage)...pain in center of chest, to left side and arm.  Costochondritis is most common in people between 20 and 40 years of age. In most cases, doctors do not know why the condition develops...can go away without any treatment...dizziness and lightheadedness may be due to anxiety and not associatee with the physical symptoms.

Thanks for sharing and if you have any further questions or comments you are welcome to respond.  Take care and I wish you well going forward.
