Anyone have the scan of heart where they can tell you how much calcium is in your arteries , I can have a free one next week, but to scared to hear what they find,

Had stress test and echo they were fine, this test will show as little as 15 percent block

What ya think

Saw my neighbors test it showed it in his artieries. , where it was and how much so it does show if you have it in heart  veins

I know with the tests you had, they can't tell whether your arteries are blocked 70 percent or anything below that, but neither are you going to find that out with a CT-Scan. If that were the case, I would have been on the operating table a long time ago.

there are stages to heart disease. Artery damage/inflammation/fat deposits/calcification (plaque)/risk of clotting
The calcium detector will be the last stage of the disease, you really want to catch the problem before that if possible. So lets say your calcium result is 0, it doesn't mean that your arteries aren't full of uncalcified fatty deposits. In my opinion it's a waste of time.

Yes I have had those test and they said hearts fine

But, they can't tell if you have a blockages if it's not 70 percent,  so with it being free why not, even though it scares me to have it lol oh well just more stress till I have it and it's good, got till next thursday

I think, if you already a stress test and an echocardiagram, that a CT-Scan would be a waste of time, but you can't beat "free".
