While I am only a 33yo male, my entire adult life I have probably hovered between 250lbs and 340lb, last several years of it in the high 200s and low 300s, poor diet as a kid since my parents fed alot of junk, and a sedentary job at a computer
I have been losing weight, eating better, and doing all of the right things. Never smoked habitually (tried once or twice as a kid), and never did any drugs and plan to keep those that way. I guess I am just wondering how likely I am to have clogged arteries, or some form of irreversible damage from the weight and obesity. I know the sooner I do something about it the better, but I have been hyper stressing about it and I know that won’t help anything. If I lose most of the weight in the next few years, is there likely anything permanent that can’t be reversed?
