I was reading that Q 10 helps in lowering b.p ? as well helps the heart work better , I am wondering if
Q10 would also help to bring the heart rate down as well -  being if b.p is down wouldnt the h.r drop down as well ?  and if not , is there anything Natural that would work or help to keep h.r down to a normal level.   thanks for any replys back on this.

CoQ10, in more absorbable forms, has many health benefits especially with the heart.  That's why those on chemotherapy that can damage the heart take CoQ10.  refer to www.lef.com for some good bio absorbable versions.  Their latest magazine (feb 2008 edition) talks about CoQ10 in two articles

Blood pressure and heart rate don't correlate in that manner.  CoQ10 is said to reduce blood pessure and have cardioprotective benefits.  What is up for debate is whether supplement has the same benefits as the body's natural levels of CoQ10.  The jury is still out.
