Is there anything that can be done?

How long can someone live with 3  100% blockages and 1 80% blockage and there are no more grafts.  My husband had a cardiac cath and was told this information.  They say there is nothing they can do because he has no more grafts.  He had 3 bypasses in 2000.  He has artery disease.  The one artery that he has left is only 1 cm and it's diseased and blocked 80%.

No more grafts? or nowhere clean to graft it onto? I find it hard to believe he has no more veins/arteries which can be used. There are leg veins which can be used and there are 2 arteries in each arm which can be used. If these are used then calcium channel blockers have to be prescribed for a few months to ensure they stay open, they tend to spasm a lot. There are also the internal mammary arteries in the chest (x2). So, in theory you can have at least 8 grafts.
IF bypass is not an option, what reasons have they given for not opening the 80% blockage using angioplasty? Do you know which vessel the 80% blockage is in, and the location in the vessel?

"The one artery that he has left is only 1 cm"  I'm not sure what you mean?
