Confused, need help

So I'm 15 I'm 5'11-6 ft and weigh 174-176 lbs. Ive went to the doctor the other day, got EKG and rontgen, no blood test or anything like that. So the doctor said based off of my rontgen results and ekg that I'm fine, no abnormality but I am still worried. I still feel a bit of pain on my left chest and I've drank muscle relaxers. The picture of my heart on my rontgen is not the same with the ones on Google images. Are each and every one of human being hearts different? I'm very anxious about these type of things. I'm just afraid of heart conditions and I'm just scared the most about cardiomyopathy. Please help, thanks.

What is rontagen?  From my understanding it's simply a unit of radiation.  Did you have a chest CT, chest x-ray?

Why are you so scared ... Do you have symptoms?

Yes it's pretty much x ray. Like I got a picture of my heart and lungs and the doctor said that I'm fine but I'm still worried. I basically have been experiencing a bit of left chest pain after exercising and trouble breathing sometimes.
You should run a ddimer, troponin, cpk, electrolyte in blood...

Add in an echo and chest CT with angiotensin( contrast)
