Your information is pretty vague and Im sorry to hear about your Brothers current condition. I assume they performed emergency angioplasty to see the state of play and attempt to resume blood to the affected area of the heart. Cardiologists will be looking to control his symptoms the best they can with medication to start with. I would ask the Cardiologists if they are considering bypass surgery. As for a prognosis for his recovery, I'm very sorry but there really isn't enough information. There are so many factors involved that it wouldn't be fair on you if anyone guessed because we could be totally wrong.
