My Moms lvef is 40% hypokinetic anterior wall, IVS, APEX is there any risk?

Details of echocardiography reports
Ao Diam-2.5 cm
La Diam-4.3cm
Av Vmax-0.84m/s
Pv Vmax-0.62m/s
LviDd-4.6cm
Left atrium-normal left atrial size
Right ventricle- normal
Right atrium-normal
No intracardiac clot/vegetation
mitral valve- no evidence of regurgitation or stenosis
Previous history- My mom has undergone angioplasty in 2008 at that time lvef was 35% in the reports ischeamic heart disease was mentioned and angioplasty was performed.She is having diabetes and hypothyroidism since 6years

Has she had a perfusion scan, to see if she still has ischemia?

Only echocardiography  is performed.

I would ask for nuclear imaging, cardiac mri and coronary cta
None of the test has performed..  Our dr has given medicine for one month and he told after one month he will do furthur treatment..

Yes, if she has blockage in the coronaries or ischemia due to other causes.  These tests should be done now!

Got really sick at 26.  Was grossly misdiagnosed.

Had pulmonary embolisms missed.

Created and an enlarged pfo ( turned asd)


Still can't get to the bottom of why I can't breath normally.

But trying hard lol
