Need help!!!

Dear specialists:
    I'm from China.I ask this question for my mother.She is 49 years old.Now she is very healthy,but my aunt and grandmother all have cardiovascular disease,so I'm very worry about my mother's health.One doctor tell me my mother should pay attention to CHD.
   Now I need specialists tell how to prevent CHD.

The first step is to break the link of any bad lifestyle traits which may exist between your Mother and other relatives. Such as not smoking, not eating healthy foods, not exercising, leading a stressful life and not keeping blood pressure within normal limits. This would be a very good start.
