Hi there. 11% probably relates to your EF. A normal EF is 55- 70%. 11% is quite low indeed. You say you were diagnosed with this last year. If I were you, I would get myself a good Cardiologist. You need to have a treatment plan in place . Sometimes its possible to stabilise or even improve the EF, depending on the underlying cause. How is you BP? this is very often a reason for reduced EF. What other medical conditions do you have? Can you do any exercise at all? Have you had an angiogram, and if so how are your arteries? Any blockages? Do you have any Kidney , Adrenal or Blood sugar issues?? All the above are important to start off with making a treatment plan. If you don't have one, you need to act now.
