Heart Disease Issue?

I have experienced the below a few times over the past year.
I am 32 years old, male, In normal shape, eat well and use no medications. I do not drink beer or wine. I do drink 1-2 cups of coffee in the AM.

My vision will get blurry, My head feels odd, I get a strange sensation all over my body and then it will end with a headache.
The 1st few times this happen I panicked. But I came to the conclusion that maybe I had one to many cups of coffee or something. But it has happen twice now without any cause. Normal breakfast and day at work and then boom!

My father has blood pressure issues and issues with his heart. I don'k know the details.

Should I go to a doctor about this? Could I have blood pressure issues?
I am scared I am going to have a stroke or heart attack. But at the same time being only 32 and relatively in shape and mostly stress free I don't understand how that could be?
