I am 14 year old female, i am average weight and really queit small (158cm approx). As a baby I had a heart murmer but out grew it. Over the past few months I have noticed that my heart rate speeds up dramatically, my breathing slows down or turns into lond deep breaths but I feel like I am struggeling to breathe and I sometimes go light headed. Any idea what is causing this please?

best thing to do is go see a dr. and explain the problem, you said you had a murmer when you were a baby, that might have something to do with it,, maybe not?. If you ask a doctrr on here they charge money for a reply, other people can only make sugestions but this might be serious dont wait too long ask your doc for ecg test, 24 hr holter moniter, blood tests.
