Heart hurts when pounding

Hi,
I have experienced this a few times and was just wondering if it was normal, I am young and healthy, i do occasionally suffer from palpitations. What i experience is not a palpitation. I will be sitting down and when i stand up my heart will pound just from going from sitting to standing but some times there will be a little pain with every beat until is stops pounding, and goes back to normal. It doesn't happen every time i stand up only occasionally and most of the time will pound without pain. there is no dizziness or other symptoms other than the slight pain. Has anyone else experienced this?
