what is a rotated valve?

My 16 year old daughter has dysautonomia.  She has had a huge increase in chest pains and shortness of breath, etc.
I took her to the dr for a follow up and her echo was abnormal. the dr said that he could not see her right coronary artery. We took her to another dr, who repeated an echo and said that her artery was anomalous, so we had an MRI.
The MRI showed that her artery was normal, but her valve was rotated.
We have not been back to see the dr yet, so I do not know what that means.
What is a rotated valve and is it something that needs any attention?
Thank you!

It may be the the heart appears to be rotated left or right and the ssociated valve included. The heart varies in axis between individuals and can appear rotated left or right (within certain limits) and still be regarded as normal. This has just to do with the normal anatomical differences that exist between people. Also, it may explain the difficulty for not seeing the RCA.  The condition may not be of any medical significance.
