chest discomfort

Hi, I had an "anxiety attack" about a month and a half ago, and have had wierd problems ever sense.

When I had the attack (if that is indeed what it was) I woke up in the middle of the might shaking, heart was beating pretty fast, ect ect ect.

Ever sense then, I havent really felt right. I dont get out much and I dont get much exercise and I dont really eat right. Ever sense then though I have eaten right, and excercised.

I am eighteen years old and im a little bit concerened.

I have stuff such as, chest discomfort, kind of a pressure feeling or heavy feeling on the right side of my chest, but the actual pain feeling moves from my left side to my right side to my back ect ect ect.

Please let me know what I should do.
I asked my parents about it and they say that it is just gas or I might be having an anxiet disorder of some kind.

PLEASE let me know. im very worried. dont know if I should go to the doctor or not.

Thank you. :)

I wouldn't worry, A lot of times you'll get that when you change your diet and start exercising when you weren't before.  Have you had any anxiety attacks since?
Whats your age and weight?
