If you truly had a "charley horse" on your heart you'd be dead. So-called "Charlie Horse" spasms are often caused by calcium transfer disorders, and can be cured by drinking milk, taking calcium supplements or discontinueing calcium channel block meds. If this doesn't work have your physician prescribe quinine sulfate.
