Ischemia indicates a lack of blood supply. Your report states "moderate" blockage to the front side of the heart. Usually occlusions are classified in a percentage of blockage of a coronary vessel according to the American Heart Assoc. Occluded 70% and above may require intervention or medication for chest pain (angina). The intervention can be a stent or a bypass if medication and/o a stent implant is not practical due to size and/or location.
Mild, moderate, severe are classifications of valve regurgitation?!
