drug reaction

hi..if someone is having a heart attack or chest angina..is it possible to give both aspirin and GTN at one go? is there any clashing drug reactions that might occur? thank you..

It is a common combination given by paramedics and hospital staff in the emergency in the UK. The first thing they do if they suspect heart problems is give you GTN tablets or a spray, aspirin and then usuallly an injection of clexane in the lower abdomen.

I have never read anything that say the two can't be used at the same time. I just checked again, nothing shown as an interaction. I am not a doctor, only going by what I've read so you may want to ask your doctor to be safe.
