Please help

Hi I have been constipated for three days, I feel very tired and I have been having pain in my stomach. Today I have just realised that my stomach has a heart beat. I haven't had sex before and I haven't ever started my period at all. I am really worried can someone help.

No I haven't, but all of my friends have and I'm worried. I haven't been able to go to the toilet since Friday the 23 rd but I have been to the doctors and they are saying my bowel is lagging. Is that serious? I am really worried I am pregnant though because my stomach is so big and painful, but I haven't ever had sex before.can I be pregnant If I haven't started my period though? My doctor says that he doesn't think I drink enough because I suffer from really bad headaches. But I am really not sure and I'm really uncomfortable, could you explain why my stomach is so big?

Hi, you have not attained menarche as yet? pulsations in the abdomen can be palpable in very thin individuals, so please dont worry. Looks like you are suffering from constipation and the consequent effects. Lack of adequate oral fluids and irregular diet (decreased bulk), can further aggravate the problem. As a result of constipation you might have developed fissure in ano. I would advise you to develop a lifestyle to fight constipation. Drink plenty of water. Regular meals with high fiber content like green leafy vegetables, plenty of fruits, lots of oral fluids and exercise will help relieve constipation. Please consult your primary care physician if symptoms worsen. Regards.
