This is one you need to discuss in great detail with her doctor and ask specific questions. Her weak EF% is most likely due to the dilated ventricle. This means the heart muscle has stretched and thinned to the point that it is no longer strong enough to push enough blood out of her heart with each beat. The other two points are what you would expect to see in a person with a dilated heart. There is no treatment to reverse this condition but there are treatments that can help improve her heart function. Again, we are not doctors and you really need to have this conversation with her cardiologist.
