low BP and HR with symptoms HELP

Hello, my daughter is 28 yr old and been having problems with low BP and HR.
When this happens (3 times)  in the past 6 months she gets dizzy, nausea, pale, fatigue and feels like shes going to pass-out but, she doesn't. Her BP was 89/53 and HR68 and her sugar was 117.  This all happen about 1hr after she ate and she was feeling alittle weird before she ate but, figured eating would help. Her boss sent her home and it stayed with her for about 4hrs. Her BP would bounce from 89/53 to 101/68 during that time she still was having symptoms.
I would appreciate any input!!! THANKS

THANKS, She made DR appt. so, she goes in 3 wks.
We had a BP monitor and we checked for off-on for 4hrs until she started to feel better and it stayed between 89/53 to 101/65 and HR 68-73.
Thank you

Maybe a home blood pressure monitor would be a good idea?

Your daughter appears or may have an heart rhythm problem. It may be a good idea to have your daughter get a medical workup to rule out any serious medical problem.
