Why was the ultrasound done, abdominal issues?

Any bleeding from your throught or rectum?  Are your stools darker than normal?

The Ultrasound was done because I have been having a discomfort in my upper epigastrium and sometimes around the liver and I have a latent Hepatitis B chronic non replicative so I decided to go for an abdominal ultrasound and LFT test
