HOW MUCH IS TOO MUCH?

IS IT OK TO EXCERCISE AND IS DANCING OK IF YOU HAVE A DIFIBUATOR?

As ed34 suggested, ask your cardiologist. This is "dancing" and there is "dancing". I would not recommend Zumba, for exanple, but there is no problem with ballroom dancing or a Tango.

That would depend. You don't say why you have a defib, do you have heart failure? I really think this is a question your Doctor needs to be asked because so many details are needed for such a decision.
