tachycardia/shicering

I have had two heart attacks. My most recent one leaves me with an odd situation. At night when I am going to sleep I am almost asleep when my body starts to shiver, but I am not cold or warm, I am comfortable. I can feel my heart beating in my chest. I got up and measured my blood pressure on 3 occasions. The first was 132/78 pulse 88, the next time was 117/71 pulse 111, and third time was 88/73 pulse 106. Is this something to be concerned with? To end the episodes I have to get up walk around and it self corrects itself.

Research on the subject of shivers without being subject to colder temperatures can be due to fighting off infection. To rule out take temperature.
To fight off the infection, this control center begins to raise your temperature by constricting your blood vessels and making you shiver. As you shiver, the increased muscle activity produces heat, and the blood vessels in your skin contract to prevent heat loss.

Or it could be a minor panic attack and that will cause shivering as well.
