should I take this seriously

Going on day 4 of upper left arm now pain, gets painful enough to wake me up and at its worst lasts maybe 30 mins..got a strange twinge in my chin that felt like a muscle spasm this morning, only lasted a few minutes.. No accidents to cause this, could be something pinched? How many days can arm pain go on if something serious?

I'd go get checked out. Probably just the way you are sleeping, but for your own peace of mind and the ones that love you, go get it checked....

Do you think any of your medications may be causing this? Some medicines have side effects which give weird symptoms, sometimes.

do you get the arm pain after movement, exertion? Do feel short of breath. I went to the doctor because of chest pain which was really GERD. I was having pain in my left arm, it wasn't pain it was more like a burning twinge  a few times after brisk walk, I could ride the exercise bike for miles, but walking uphill did it to me, I  would get it checked out
