2D echo result shows a thickened and floppy anterior mitral valve leaflet and thickened right aortic cusp. what is the implication of this to my health. If this is abnormal would there be a possiblity to treat this?

For some insight, the oxygenated is pumped into circulation from the left ventricle through the aorta vessel.  There are 3 leaflets that open and close over the valve opening to pass blood into circulation and close to prevent back flow of blood. The left coronary artery arises from the left coronary cusp and the the right coronary artery arises from the right coronary cusp permitting oxygenated blood output pumped into the aorta and circulated to the heart by left and right coronary vessels.

A thickened right coronary cusp effects the degree of an opening for the blood to be circulated to the heart's right side. A smaller opening (stenosis) reduces the amount of blood pumped into circulation (right side) and to compensate the left ventricle can/will enlarge to create stronger contractions as well as an increase heart rate in the long run  if not treated,  or the stenosis is not significant and no treatment necessary.
