very rapid heart beat and out of breath

I am turning 30 in couple months, i have been on and off with my workout routine. Why is it that i easily get out of breath and feels like my heart is gonna jump out of my chest. i have had ECG done before but the result is normal. I do taekwondo too, if they ask me to do 10kicks continuesly alternating my legs, feels like im gonna die after i do 10kicks. my husband says i am just out of shape, am i? or is there more to it?

How would we know if you are out of shape? Are you? Are you overweight?

You are not terribly overweight then. :) Just a little. You should be 50 kilo and you are about  60. Ten kilo can be a problem. Idol weight is very important. Most people overestimate it , and telling nonsense like it came with the age. It came but it doesn’t mean that is right to stay.
I would work hard to get rid of those kilos and see from there.
Good luck!
