varying blood pressure

I am 82 and as I live alone and manage all my affairs and exercise regularly and have no problems other than high blood pressure.I was prescribed twynsta for my pressure and I take one tablet at night .My pressure in the morning is around 135/80 but around 12 noon it went down to 100/51 this has happened a few times and I feel slightly dizzy at these times and also sleepy .once i have had a nap I am back to the previous reading. I have been taking Twynsta for over a year this erratic BP reading has happened only during the last few weeks and I feel tired much quicker than I used to . I lead a fairly active life.

I would definitely speak to your Doctor, but the other obvious thing to cover first is, do you drink adequate fluids?
