THE LAD HAS 20% TO 30% PROXIMAL AND MID VESSEL DISEASE.
HAS A DISTAL LAD LESION OF 90% PLUS PRIOR TO AN APICAL RECURRENT BRANCH. IT IS OF SIGNIFICANT SIZE. THERE IS A D1 THAT HAS A 50% TO 70% LESION SHORTLY AFTER ITS ORIGIN.

>>>The only lesion of any significance is " A DISTAL LAD LESION OF 90%".  The guidelines for any intervention (stents) are vessels greater than 70% unless the occlusion causes angina (chest pain).  The LAD at the far end down stream (distal) may or may not cause any problems mainly due to the location..

THE RIGHT CORONARY ARTERY IS DOMINANT.SIGNIFCANT SIZE VESSEL
PROXIMALLY.IT GIVES RISE TO TWO SMALL PDAs THREE SMAll POSTERIOR LEFT VENTRICULAR BRANCH AND MODERATE TO LARGE POSTERIOR LEFT VENTRICULAR.

>>>I don't know the significance of the small vessels.  A stress test could evaluate whether there are perfusion issues (inabiity to adequately supply blood/oxygen due to size?)

Your regimen of your medication appears to be addressing high blood pressure and cholesterol.  Plavix and aspirin are usually the medication for a year or so after a stent implant to help prevent blood clots.  Usually after a year the plavix discontinued and asprin to prevent clotting.  I don't see any medication that cause your symptoms, but a doctor who has your medical history, etc. may provide answers.

Weight of 230 may or may not be an issue...depends body mass index within a acceptable range. However, it should be favorable to your general to have lost the unnecessary lbs.
