Good to hear from you and I do hope you're feeling better. It takes time. Fill your life with positive things you enjoy and that bring you peace. None of us know how long we have so we should treasure each moment. Take care.
thanks for help..................i am working on it.with positive attitude...........
Forgive me if I'm in error here but I thought cardiac neurosis was when a person had no heart disease but lived in constant fear that something might be wrong with their heart. Is this what you mean?
Any fear, whether a person is afraid of heights, spiders, people or heart disease, is an emotional problem that can limit the ability to live life comfortably. I suppose talking to a counselor is a start. If the fear is severe, then a psychologist or psychiatrist might be the way to go since medications might be needed to get over the hump until the fear is faced and overcome.
Whatever is going on in your life, I hope you can find someone to help you. Wishing you health and happiness.
