I started getting the same thing.

I recently have just moved into a new house and left pretty much my entire life behind me for school. My job, friends, family, girlfriend, nice car, etc.

I went through some stress before i went and had 1-2 episodes. It stopped while I was in the transition from moving from my house to my new house near school. I developed some anxiety and am just now getting over it but I sometimes wake up with the 'flutter' feeling, funny thing is it' only happens on the right side and core of my body I found. When it happend for a fourth time I checked my pulse on my left side of my neck and could NOT feel it at all, I stayed on my back and tried to let it continue and it did and I felt it on my right of my neck and I could feel the flutter, and my normal pulse.

I have perfect blood pressure, my heart rate is about 64 per minute rested, and 112 after 20 minutes of jogging. And when I put it under stress my heart does not struggle or I am not short of breath. The only other symptoms I have is I think I have acid reflux and it's putting my body under stress.

I hope this helps!

Stress, anxiety can be the underlying cause for your symptoms.  Your heart and its condition is very good, but that wouldn't rule out arrhythmia (abnormal heartbeat, etc.).  For peace of mind, you may want to get a health evaluation.

My thing is - I have an office job. It's a very easy job, but it's a very quiet, slow, boring job, and sometimes I fall asleep, still sitting in my chair. When I wake up again, my whole body shakes, and sometimes I wonder if it's a small earthquke, because it's the same vibrating feeling. It goes away after a few moments, but I'm wondering... maybe it's adrenaline? Because I know I shouldn't be sleeping at work (it's not like I do it on purpose) so when I hear something or realize I'm sleeping, I snap back awake, and that's when I feel like I'm vibrating.
