It doesn't sound like a very well equipped Angio suite, perhaps you should have gone to the one which sends out cabs. One good thing is they didn't continue to put you at higher risk and postponed the procedure. If they have been entering through the same point (e.g. right leg) for each procedure, it might be worth asking if they think it wise to change to your left leg for the next one or even the arm. I just had my 7th procedure in the same leg and it was quite painful due to the scar tissue. IF there's a next time, I will be demanding the arm or other leg.

Thank you both
It actualy got cancelled, they had a go at unblocking the artery, then said i would have to wait while they tried to get some other tools sent over by taxi from another hospital, they then said the other hospital didnt have the tools so carried on a little longer ad then stopped and said i was to come back this week now whe they phone me. I just want to get it all finished with now. Thank you so much for replies xx

I've been there a few times. Once you get those meds injected into you before they start the procedure, you will feel very relaxed. If they ask how you are feeling, tell the truth, tell them you're nervous and they will give you some extra. I found it really hard to stay awake during most of mine.
